It’s All in the Details
Sow Onion Seeds: January to February
Germination in days: 7 – 10 days
Where to Sow: Indoors in a seed or cell tray with ventilation lid on the windowsill.
My Seedlings: They will look like blades of grass.
When do I remove the lid? After you see your seedlings.
Do they need anymore water? They should have enough from sowing for a few weeks. Just check under the soil to see if it feels dry.

Seeds Sown 9th January.
Germinated
Seeds germinated in 5 Days. Seedlings popping up.
Onion Seeds have Germinated – 5-12 Days from Sowing
Seedlings – 12 Days
Seedlings start to stand up, some bend over and some with seed heads on after 12 Days from sowing.
Seedlings – 19 Days
