Broad Beans Flowering
Since my Vegetable Garden Update at the beginning of May, the Broad Bean plants were still very small on Raised Bed 2 and they had also begun flowering.
I was a little worried that they were not going to get any taller however I should not have worried, as look at them now – strong healthy taller plants.

And they are still flowering 3 weeks later. I love the white flowers with a black dot on them, they are so unique. The bees also love them.

Flowers = Beans
It’s an exciting time when you spot the first tiny Broad bean forming. They will all start forming and in a few weeks time you’ll be tasting your first Broad Beans of the year.
